BPD

Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) can affect people in many ways and in many areas of life and relationships. There may be difficulties with emotional regulation, relationships, suicidality, and/or self-harm. People with BPD may also experience other mental illness or neurodivergence. Whatever your experience, there are ways out of patterns that have been unhelpful. There is no therapy that is more or less helpful to everyone. Some people do better learning skills, while other people benefit more from having a long term, stable and secure relationship with a therapist. Here are some resources that I've collected that relate to BPD, whether information or skills.
